Free Shipping on all orders over $50.00 shipped with in the United States.

No Sales Tax, Except to South Carolina residents, they will be charged 8%.

Shipping ~ Orders are shipped UPS ground, United States Postal Service Priority Mail, or Fed Ex. Please allow 7 to 10 business days to receive your order.

Exchange and/or Return Policy ~ Returns must have prior approval by Primitive Coastal Country. Please return the merchandise in the original condition and original shipping carton within 30 days. Also, enclose a copy of the Customer Invoice and reason for exchange or return. Returns will be shipped back to us at your cost. If you would like a refund a credit will be issued to your credit card upon receipt of the returned merchandise. Please note shipping charges and sale items are non refundable.  Please E-mail us directly with any questions. 

Damage and/or Shortage Claim ~ Damage or shortage must be reported within 3 business days. Customers must retain the original packing boxes to make a damage or shortage claim.

Cancellation Policy ~ n order to process a cancellation in a timely fashion we expect you to do so within the first 24 hours of the automated receipt of order.

Terms of Use Statement ~ You understand and agree that the owners of this site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses (even if the owners of this site have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the product(s) and or service(s) or any misuse of the product(s) and or service(s) in a manner not in accordance with their intended use.
